Description

This is the second, more updated version of the Hiragana Chart. The first can be found here: [link]

In this version, I corrected some errors in the layout, as well as shrank the chart in order to put the useful notes in there. This also resulted in minor loss of quality. If you don't need the notes, I recommend using the first one.

As some of you may or may not know, I'm currently studying Japanese, and I have textbooks and such for this sort of thing now, but online, there aren't very good hiragana reference sheets. I thought I'd make one for my own use, as well as to help out anyone else who might be trying to learn Japanese.

Keep in mind that, in the hiragana script:
a) There is no "si", "ti", "tu" or "hu." In hiragana, they become "shi", "chi", "tsu" and "fu", respectively.
b) "yi" and "ye" do not exist. There aren't any alternatives.
c) "wi", "wu", "we" and "wo" do not exist. There aren't any alternatives for the first 3, but "wo" becomes "o." This "o" (を) is written differently to the other "o" (お) and is usually only used as a particle.
d) Sometimes, the characters in the Japanese language are written with the strokes drawn together (such as with "sa" (さ) and "ki" (き) to name a few. I personally don't like them this way, as the other way is easier, but unfortunately, it is typed like that on the computer. You can find more information about the alternative way online.

I hope this helps and good luck! <3

Hi I wanted to get your permission to reproduce the part I and Part 2 -2nd version in a children's book about Jobs from each country. For J Japan's job the job is Japanese Language Instructor so we have two illustrations. One is a female Japanese language teacher and one is a male teacher. I would like to make the illustration show the chart and each teacher will point to the letters of one of the charts as if to be teaching the language. With your name on the top of the chart people will be able to google and find you or you can give me a link to put as a reference. Please provide me with a link to the most updated charts with your permission in writing to reproduce your charts in my book so I can put your chart in the book. My email address is Parentingonlineclasses@gmail.com my phone number is 646 492 3976. Many people may be interested in learning japanese from you as a result. I like your charts since they are colorful and easy to understand and you give lessons on the side. Please contact me so we can talk about this further at 646 492 3976. Have a great day.
